An opportunity to support your nervous system through sound and intentional presence. The crystal tones of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls encourage the body to shift into a calmer, parasympathetic state — supporting relaxation, coherence, and balance in body, mind and soul.
A supportive time for intention setting. You’re invited to reflect on what feels meaningful for you before you arrive.
