About Your Sound Session...
Awaken the Healer within you with the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls combined with pure, positive intention.
The experience can help to bring relaxation, potential energetic shifts, and raise the vibration within you in order to create a healthier state of being, body, mind and spirit.
Please consider your intention before you arrive. The Universe will be working with you to bring it to fruition.
In a Vibe High sound session, you lay in a comfortable position on a mat, with the comfort of your own blanket and pillow.
I go through some explanations to prepare you for the potential of your experience and I also bring awareness to ways for you to enhance your session if you wish to. (20 minutes)
You are then taken through a grounding and relaxing exercise, leading into the session. The Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls are played for 45 minutes.
There are 15 minutes afterwards for sharing and/or questions.
The session can be a beautifully relaxing experience. Some people can have energetic shifts or releases, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.
Everyone’s sound session experience is different, depending on all the layers that make you uniquely you.

Tuesday Sound Session: The Common Works
1st & 3rd Tuesday monthly · 7:00–9:00 PM (begins August 2026)

$40 per person · 2 hours
Tuesday evenings offer the chance to pause before the pace of the week takes over. Two hours to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Each session opens with a guided relaxation to settle the body and quiet the mind, followed by 60 minutes of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls — a rich, layered sound experience that encourages the nervous system to shift into a calmer, more restorative state.
Hosted at The Common Works in Cochrane, these sessions pair the peaceful atmosphere of sound with the warmth of community in a unique and inviting space.

Sunday Sound Session: Alchemy Yoga Studio
Sundays · 3:00–5:00 PM (doors open 3:00)

$40 per person · 2 hours
An opportunity to support your nervous system through sound and intentional presence. The crystal tones of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls encourage the body to shift into a calmer, parasympathetic state — supporting relaxation, coherence, and balance in body, mind and soul.
This is a supportive time for intention setting. You’re invited to reflect on what feels meaningful for you before you arrive.
